Indications

Steclo-NN Cream is indicated for:

• Infected eczema
• Dermatitis with secondary bacterial or fungal infection
• Mixed skin infections involving bacteria and fungi

• Steroid-responsive dermatoses complicated by infection

Mechanism of Action

Clobetasol Propionate reduces inflammation by suppressing immune responses in the skin, thereby relieving redness, itching, and swelling. Neomycin Sulphate works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, eliminating susceptible bacteria. Nystatin binds to fungal cell membranes, causing leakage of cell contents and fungal cell death. Dosage and Administration

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times daily or as directed by a physician
