Any short-term or long-term promotional activity or offer(s) are by default valid for a single order within the offered time frame under any specific account on skpharma.com.bd Any repetitive or suspicious or abusive practice during any offer or promotion might result in a canceled order & SK Pharma reserves the right to do so to protect the rights & benefits of other users. An account that tends to abuse any offer by any means on the platform can also get terminated to maintain hygiene factors on the platform. The automated abuse detection technology that SK Pharma has can be also enforced at any time without any sort of prior notice.

Discount code(s) offered to any/all segment of the customer(s) through different marketing channels might get disabled or extended by the authority at any time without any prior notice. The modality can also be changed to accommodate price changes or fluctuation & intense uses of the same by the user base to protect against any sort of abuse or susceptive uses.

Prescription Drugs:

To purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require a valid prescription, you are required to upload a scanned copy of the valid prescription on the Website. our pharmacist, concerning any drugs or pharmaceutical products, may dispense only those quantities as are specified in the prescription. our Pharmacies will verify the prescription forwarded by You and in case of any discrepancy observed by the Pharmacies, the order may be canceled by the Pharmacies.

Product Descriptions and Pricing:

SK Pharma attempts to be as accurate as possible. SK Pharma does not manufacture or produce any product by itself. Therefore, SK Pharma does not warrant those product descriptions or other content of any SK Pharma product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SK Pharma itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for products on SK Pharma represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, estimated by standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the MRP of an item sold by SK Pharma is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. And if the stated price on the product is lower than SK Pharma, we will, either refund the amount or replace the product according to your preference, when acknowledged.

Products in your cart on the Website will reflect the most recent price as displayed on the Product’s information webpage on the Website. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the Product when you first placed it in your shopping cart. Placing a Product in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that a Product’s price may vary between the time you place it in your shopping cart and the time you place the order.

Try to cross-match with us before doing any kind of payment. As we sell medicines and healthcare products so the price can be changed at any time. if you pay before our confirmation then you have to pay an increased amount to receive the product (If the price was changed)

Given that we operate as a non-manufacturing entity, we exclusively source products and medications from authorized suppliers. While we strive to maintain accurate or update inventory levels e.g., Product photos, Prices, Strips, etc. on our website, occasional stock-outs may occur due to the dynamic nature of our supply chain. In such instances, we adhere to our established refund and return policy, ensuring that customers receive reimbursement for any payable amounts.

If you find any mismatch in Product price, Photos, Strip quantity, dose, or Package, on our website then you can let us know about this, and we will update it immediately if there is any issue found.

Delivery process and Timing:

SK Pharma has 2 types of delivery services.

1. Inside Dhaka Metro Delivery
2. National Delivery (Outside Dhaka Metro)

• If the consumer wants, then he/she can order from inside and outside Dhaka.
• Inside Dhaka metro, SK Pharma will deliver the product as per the delivery policy.
• Outside Dhaka Metro, a courier service will deliver the product to consumers or consumers will collect the product from the nearest courier service hub and it may take 2 to 5 working days.
• SK Pharma strictly maintains medicine delivery time. but the cause of bad weather, natural disasters, and unwanted situations may hamper medicine delivery time.
• for outside Dhaka metro delivery if the delivery time was crossed then SK Pharma will not take any responsibility for that. Courier service will be responsible for that.
• There is an option of selecting an extra security feature safety box, then for this option extra BDT 60 will be added to the total amount. if the customer didn't select extra safety, then SK Pharma will not take any liability if the product is damaged or broken during the courier procedure.
• For more safety consumers will make an unpack video for further reference otherwise any claim for that product or order cannot be accepted.

Payment Process:

Inside Dhaka Metro:

SK Pharma has 6 types of payment policies in Dhaka.

• Cash on Delivery
• Pay online with SSL Commerz
• SK Pharma Rewards
• Bkash/Nagad
• Pay later
• Merchant Payment

National / Outside Dhaka Metro:

For National Delivery, SK Pharma will provide only an online payment system (condition applied). For an online payment system, consumers will have 2 payment options-

• SSL Commerz.
• SK Pharma Reward.

• Consumer must pay at least BDT 200 (non-refundable) in advance for less than BDT 1000 purchase (the amount will include delivery charge as well) and then pay the rest amount to the courier service product delivery person.
• For more than BDT 1000 purchases consumers pay 20%(non-refundable) in advance (the amount will include the delivery charge as well) and then pay the rest amount to the courier service product delivery person.
• There is an agreement of conditional payment for the partial payment system. The courier service company will get 1% of the rest money for the partial payment (the amount will be received by the courier service delivery person). The courier service delivery person will receive this amount as a merchant agent.
• Customer can pay the full amount (including the delivery charge) through online payment options.

Order Acceptance compliance:

• Customer can place an order from any channel like App, web, social media etc.
• After placing the order that order status will be "Pending".
• Our pharmacist/call center agent will check the order items stock availability, price change issue & valid prescription (if required) of those the items.
• After verifying the compliance process, if we are able to provide the products then SK Pharma team will accept the order.
• Before accepting any order that order will not consider as Valid order to be delivered.
• For making any changes our Team will surely will you (Reach you) for your permission like Item changes, Suggesting alternative items, Price changes issues, Rx issues etc.
• Once the order has been accepted, the only the order will go for the delivery department to dispatch.
• SK Pharma reserved the all rights to cancel any order from stages (specially at pending) for the DGDA, E-Commerce & OPL own compliance policy.
