Indications

Acmegra Tablet 100 mg is indicated for the treatment of:

• Erectile dysfunction in adult males

• Inability to achieve or sustain penile erection adequate for sexual activity

Sildenafil is effective only in the presence of sexual stimulation and does not act as an aphrodisiac.

Pharmacology

Sildenafil Citrate works by selectively inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5, an enzyme responsible for the degradation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the corpus cavernosum of the penis.
