Composition

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Solifenacin Succinate 10 mg

Indications

Solurin Tablet is indicated for:

• Overactive bladder (OAB)
• Urinary urgency and increased frequency
• Urge urinary incontinence
• Nocturia due to bladder overactivity
• Detrusor overactivity and bladder instability

Mechanism of Action

Solifenacin works by selectively blocking muscarinic M3 receptors in the bladder wall. These receptors are responsible for involuntary bladder muscle contractions. By inhibiting their action, Solurin reduces unwanted bladder contractions, increases bladder capacity, and improves voluntary control over urination, thereby reducing urgency and leakage episodes.

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage should be determined by a physician based on patient response and severity
• Usually taken once daily with or without food
• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew
