Composition

Each gram of cream contains:

Mechanism of Action

Permethrin works by disrupting the nerve cell function of parasites:

• Interferes with sodium channels in nerve cells of mites and lice
• Causes paralysis and death of the parasites
• Stops reproduction, preventing further infestation
• Provides rapid relief from itching and skin irritation

Indications

Permisol Cream is indicated for:

• Scabies infestation
• Pediculosis (lice infestations)
• Relief from itching and irritation caused by parasitic skin conditions

Dosage and Administration

• Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected areas and surrounding skin as directed by a healthcare provider.
• Leave on for the recommended duration, usually 8–14 hours, before washing off.
• Treat all close contacts simultaneously to prevent reinfestation.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
