Indications

A-Clox Capsule 500 mg is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by cloxacillin-sensitive organisms, including:

• Skin and soft tissue infections such as boils, abscesses, cellulitis, and wound infections

• Bone and joint infections including osteomyelitis

• Respiratory tract infections

• Septicemia caused by susceptible staphylococci

• Endocarditis

• Post-operative and post-traumatic infections

It is particularly useful in infections where resistance to ordinary penicillins is suspected or confirmed.
