Composition

• Paracetamol 325 mg
• Tramadol Hydrochloride 37.5 mg

Indications

P-Dol Tablet is indicated for:

• Moderate to moderately severe acute pain
• Post-operative pain
• Musculoskeletal pain
• Dental pain
• Injury-related pain
• Pain not adequately controlled by non-opioid analgesics alone

Mechanism of Action

• Paracetamol acts by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, reducing pain and fever.
• Tramadol Hydrochloride is a centrally acting opioid analgesic that binds to mu-opioid receptors and also inhibits reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, enhancing pain control.

Together, they provide synergistic analgesic effects for improved pain management.

Dosage and Administration

• Usual dose: 1 tablet every 4–6 hours as needed for pain, or as directed by a physician.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food.
• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
