Gaviflux Chewable Tablet is indicated for:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Heartburn and acid regurgitation
• Acid indigestion (dyspepsia)
• Post-meal gastric discomfort
• Sour stomach and bloating due to excess acid
• Throat irritation caused by acid reflux

Mechanism of Action

This combination works through dual action:

• Sodium Alginate: Forms a gel-like “raft” that floats on stomach contents and prevents acid from rising into the esophagus
• Sodium Bicarbonate: Provides rapid neutralization of gastric acid for quick symptom relief
• Calcium Carbonate: Neutralizes stomach acid and supports sustained acid control

Together, they provide both immediate and protective relief from acid-related symptoms.

Dosage & Administration

• Usual dose: 1–2 tablets after meals and at bedtime or as directed by physician
