Dynase Nasal Spray is a combination nasal formulation containing Azelastine Hydrochloride (137 mcg) and Fluticasone Propionate (50 mcg) per spray. It is designed for the effective treatment of allergic rhinitis by targeting multiple inflammatory pathways involved in nasal allergy symptoms. The dual-action approach provides rapid symptom relief along with long-term control, making Dynase Nasal Spray suitable for patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.

Each spray delivers:
Azelastine Hydrochloride 137 mcg
Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg
Antihistamine (intranasal)
Corticosteroid (intranasal)
Azelastine Hydrochloride is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks histamine H1 receptors, preventing the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions. It provides rapid relief from symptoms such as sneezing, nasal itching, and rhinorrhea. Azelastine also exhibits mast cell stabilizing and anti-inflammatory properties, which further help control allergic responses.
Fluticasone Propionate is a potent synthetic corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory activity. It works by inhibiting multiple inflammatory mediators, including cytokines, prostaglandins, and leukotrienes. Fluticasone reduces nasal mucosal inflammation, edema, and hyperreactivity, leading to sustained symptom relief and improved nasal airflow.
The combination of azelastine and fluticasone offers both immediate and long-term control of allergic rhinitis symptoms with minimal systemic absorption when used intranasally.
