Composition

Indications

Verivas Tablet is indicated for:

• Chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF)
• Patients with recent worsening heart failure events
• Reduction of risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization (as adjunct therapy)
• Add-on treatment in optimized guideline-directed heart failure therapy

Mechanism of Action

Vericiguat stimulates soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC), leading to increased cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels. This results in vasodilation, reduced cardiac stress, improved myocardial efficiency, and better overall cardiac performance in patients with chronic heart failure.

Dosage & Administration
