Composition

Each 2 ml ampoule contains:

Indications

Toramax Injection is indicated for:

• Moderate to severe acute pain
• Post-operative pain management
• Musculoskeletal pain and trauma-related pain
• Renal colic (as prescribed)
• Dental pain requiring rapid analgesia
• Acute painful conditions where oral therapy is not suitable

Mechanism of Action

Ketorolac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, which are responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins mediate pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing their production, Ketorolac provides strong analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, leading to rapid pain relief.
