Indications

Progut MUPS Tablet is indicated for:

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Erosive esophagitis

Mechanism of Action

Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole and works by selectively and irreversibly inhibiting the hydrogen-potassium ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells.
