Composition

• Active Ingredient: Diclofenac Sodium 0.10% w/v (Ophthalmic)

Mechanism of Action

Diclofenac Sodium inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes in the eye, reducing the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are responsible for mediating inflammation, pain, and swelling. By lowering prostaglandin levels locally, Mobifen Eye Drop alleviates ocular discomfort, redness, and irritation.

Indications

Mobifen Eye Drop 0.10% is indicated for:

• Relief of ocular inflammation and pain following eye surgery (e.g., cataract surgery)
• Post-traumatic eye inflammation
• Seasonal or acute allergic eye reactions causing redness or discomfort
• Prevention and treatment of inflammation associated with corneal injuries

Dosage and Administration

• Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) 2–4 times daily, or as prescribed by an ophthalmologist
• Wash hands before application

• Do not use with contact lenses unless advised by a doctor
