Megafil 10 mg contains Tadalafil, a selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or both conditions simultaneously. By relaxing smooth muscles in the corpus cavernosum, prostate, and bladder, Megafil enhances blood flow to the penis and urinary tract, improving erectile function and urinary symptoms.
Tadalafil is part of the therapeutic class of drugs for erectile dysfunction and is known for its prolonged duration of action, offering effectiveness for up to 36 hours in most patients. Its dual benefit on both sexual function and lower urinary tract symptoms makes it a versatile option for adult men experiencing ED and BPH.

Megafil 10 mg is indicated for:
Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Enhances the ability to achieve and maintain an erection sufficient for sexual activity.
Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Relieves lower urinary tract symptoms, including difficulty in urination.
Combination of ED and BPH: Provides simultaneous improvement in erectile function and urinary symptoms.
Megafil 10 mg works by selectively inhibiting PDE5:
In the penis: Increases cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels, causing relaxation of smooth muscle in the corpus cavernosum and improved penile blood flow, facilitating erection.
In the prostate and bladder: Relaxes smooth muscle, improving blood flow to the urinary tract and widening the bladder neck, which helps relieve urinary symptoms associated with BPH.
Erectile Dysfunction:
