Pharmacology

Dosage and Administration

Adults, Elderly, and Children Over 10 Years:

• Iriban 135 mg Tablet: 1 tablet three times daily, preferably 20 minutes before meals

• Iriban 200 mg SR Capsule: 1 capsule twice daily, preferably 20 minutes before meals

• Adjustment: After several weeks, once the desired effect is achieved, the dosage may be gradually reduced

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as possible.

• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose.

• Do not double the dose to compensate.

Pediatric Use:

• Not recommended for children under 10 years

Overdose

• Overdose may theoretically lead to CNS excitability

• No specific antidote is available

• Gastric lavage and symptomatic treatment are recommended
