Indications

How It Works

Alcaftadine is an H1 histamine receptor antagonist with additional anti-allergic properties. It blocks the action of histamine and inhibits allergic inflammatory responses in the eyes, thereby reducing itching, redness, swelling, and discomfort caused by allergens.

Dosage & Administration

• Use exactly as prescribed by a registered physician.
• Usually, 1 drop is instilled into the affected eye(s) once daily.
• Wash hands before and after use.
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent contamination.

Directions for Use

1. Wash hands thoroughly.
2. Shake the bottle if instructed.
3. Tilt the head back slightly.
4. Pull down the lower eyelid gently.
