Therapeutic Uses

Flexibac Tablet 10 mg is indicated for:

• Muscle spasticity in multiple sclerosis
• Spinal cord injury-related spasticity
• Cerebral palsy (spastic type)
• Stroke-related muscle stiffness and rigidity
• Muscle spasms due to neurological disorders
• Chronic painful muscle tightness (as prescribed by physician)

Mechanism of Action

Baclofen works by acting on the central nervous system:

• Stimulates GABA-B receptors in the spinal cord
• Inhibits release of excitatory neurotransmitters
• Reduces nerve signal transmission causing muscle contraction
• Decreases muscle tone and spasticity
