Therapeutic Uses

Fibroz Capsule is indicated for:

• Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)
• Chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with a progressive phenotype
• Systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD)
• Progressive fibrotic lung diseases as advised by a specialist

Mechanism of Action

• Inhibits tyrosine kinase receptors such as VEGFR, FGFR, and PDGFR
• Reduces fibroblast proliferation and migration
• Decreases deposition of extracellular matrix in lung tissue
