Indications

Ezymilk 9000 IU is indicated for:

• Prevention and management of lactose intolerance symptoms, including:

  • Infantile colic

  • Abdominal pain and bloating

  • Flatulence

  • Diarrhea

  • Borborygmi (stomach rumbling)

• Supporting digestion of dairy foods in individuals with insufficient natural lactase enzyme activity

Composition

• Chewable Tablet: Each tablet contains Ezymilk 9000 IU USP (300 mg)

• Paediatric Drops: Each ml contains 0.11 g of Ezymilk 9000 IU USP, equivalent to 3333.33 units

Therapeutic Class: Anti-diarrhoeal Enzyme

Dosage and Administration

Chewable Tablets (Adults and Children above 4 years):

• Take 1 tablet with dairy food

• If needed, dosage may be increased up to 2 tablets at a time

Paediatric Drops (Infants and Children):

With Breast Milk:

• Express 2–3 tablespoons of breast milk into a sterilized container

• Add 4 drops of Ezymilk 9000 IU

• Give the mixture to the infant via spoon or oral syringe before feeding

• Breastfeed as usual

With Formula:

• Add 4 drops of Ezymilk 9000 IU to warm (not hot) formula

• Wait 30 minutes, shaking occasionally

• For advance preparation, add 2 drops to warm formula, store in refrigerator for up to 4 hours

• Feed infant as normal and discard any unused formula after 12 hours
